This pub has an excellent reputation for cooking all food from scratch, making their own bread, black pudding and ice cream. They also grow their own vegetables and only use locally produced ingredients.
They have now an opportunity for a further member of the team, you will be responsible for starters and desserts, the menu changes monthly and you will have the opportunity to decide the menu for the starters and deserts.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain further experience from a Michelline awarded Head Chef!!

You will be responsible for cooking the starters and deserts, and covering for the Head Chef in his absence, this will be working on a split shift basis and offer a live in opportunity should you require it.
Their existing team have been established for many years and have an excellent team spirit and now looking for an additional Sous Chef.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of working in a Sous Chefs role ideally within a hotel.
