we offer to both our nurses and our hospital clients. We always ask our nursing
staff for feedback when you come to your annual updates/training and have been
listening to your ideas and requests.

Employer of the Month Awards, which offers a range of benefits:
Drake Medox EMPLOYEE of the Month
- Offers an opportunity for hospital employers (i.e. specific wards/units) to
give recognition to a Drake Medox Nurse for exemplary work and/or something
special that they bring to the shift/unit
- Rewards exceptional agency nurses with positive feedback, acknowledgement and
recognition
- Improves relationships between agency workers and employers
- Employee of the Month will receive a certificate acknowledging their
achievement which can be added to your CV & personal profile
- Monthly winner will also be acknowledged on the Drake Medox website and in
our monthly newsletter
- Each monthly winner will be presented with a gift from Drake Medox
Drake Medox EMPLOYER of the Month
- Offers Drake Medox Nurses and HCAs an opportunity to give recognition to a
particular ward/unit for being an exceptional place to work, or to a Sister/CN
for being an exceptional manager
- Gives Nurses & Employers an opportunity to recommend/promote their unit to
other staff
- Improves relationships between agency workers and hospital staff
- Employer of the Month will receive a certificate acknowledging their
achievement which can be displayed in the unit & used for promotion
- Monthly winner will also be acknowledged on the Drake Medox website & in our
monthly newsletter
- Each monthly winner will be presented with gifts from Drake Medox
The first winners will be announced & prizes
awarded in December 2008.
