"Value-based recruitment is an approach to hiring that prioritises the values and cultural fit of potential candidates with the organisation and the hidden traits of an individual that a CV does not uncover. It involves assessing the candidate's behaviours, values and how they align with the organisation's mission and vision, as well as its culture and work environment. By prioritising values and behavioural trait alignment, organisations can ensure that they hire employees who are not only qualified for the job but who will also contribute positively to the organisation and team culture and growth."
