Sales is evolving – we are moving into the era of social selling, remote engagement of customers and having to negotiation, convert and build business virtually. But you have only received a few CV's and they are not even close to being the candidates you are looking for. Time to face the truth: your job description wasn’t that well written after all.
So why do we eat when bored? With COVID-19, many of us turn to food for distraction and comfort. Eating affects a person's levels of dopamine - the brain's "desire" chemical. You get this feeling when you've achieved a goal. Foods high in sugar, fat and sodium, aka "junk food" causes the body to release endorphins, making us feel good.
At least temporarily.
